We’re located East of downtown Waterloo.  Generally, you’ll be able to find US Highway 218, which runs through Waterloo.  From Highway 218, turn North on W. 11th Street, proceed over the Cedar River Bridge to Sycamore Street (1st  light after bridge).  Turn Left on Sycamore to East 9th Street.  Turn Left on East 9th Street and follow it to it’s end.  We are on your right.  WELCOME TO IST!!
